My Story
I've Seen What Automation Can Do And I Want That For Your Business
Next Phaze Consulting was born from a simple observation: the tools that make big organizations run efficiently are just as powerful for the small business owner working 12-hour days trying to do it all alone.
Before founding Next Phaze, I worked across nonprofit organizations and state government. As a Legislative Aide, I learned how to navigate complex systems, move fast, and get things done in high pressure environments.
In the nonprofit world, I saw firsthand what automation could do. I used AI tools to conduct community surveys, build fundraising strategy, and helped raise $65,000 for a community event that brought vendors, free food, and resources directly to the people who needed it most.
But I also saw resistance — even when the results spoke for themselves.
That’s exactly why Next Phaze exists. Most small business owners — lash artists, plumbers, stylists, contractors — aren’t behind because they lack drive. They’re behind because they lack time. I bring the systems, the strategy, and the hands-on execution so you can focus on what you do best.
With a Master’s degree in Law, Justice and Culture from Ohio University, I don’t just understand technology — I understand people, communities, and how to make things work in the real world.
